I have a feeling I never posted this here! I did a quick guest art piece for Children of the Night by withering-lilies a while ago and I was a little happy with it, even. It’s somehow fitting that when for once I had a chance to make honest vampire angst, I chose to concentrate on nice sunny human lives. -___-

Today’s update is a filler sketch of Kenneth and Beth. Now that the school year is over CotN resumes updating next Monday, the 27th. Thank you so much for waiting, really looking forward to showing you what’s to come!
I’m really busy with a school project, so CotN will have to go on hiatus for a few weeks. I’ll update with guest art or some filler sketches at the official site , but don’t worry, school is almost over and then I’ll have the whole Summer to work on the comic.

2: Do they have any daily rituals?
Well there’s the usual things like eating and sleeping, but Julien doesn’t like a set routine and is kind of erratic about things. He’s one of those that gets bored easily.
17: Preferred mode of dress and rituals surrounding dress
He likes to dress elegantly, following the latest trends and fashion. However he likes to wear long coats to better conceal his daggers (he wears them strapped on his back).
21: Turn-ons? Turn-offs?
Interesting people (whatever he considers interesting), and turn-offs: weak, helpless people.
28: Who do they see as their best friend? Their worst enemy?
Funny enough, I’d say the same person: Lawrence. However I don’t think he has admitted to himself that he sees Lawrence as a friend or person he truly cares for, yet!
30: Reaction to sudden intrapersonal disaster (eg close family member suddenly dies)
Isolate himself from everyone for awhile and he’d conceal his grief if he was around anyone.
32: Thoughts on material possessions in general?
He likes comfort and is a vain person, but he can just as well live without them. Except he rather wouldn’t.
